MY MAPS TUTORIAL

The MapServer "FUN TOOLS" feature lets you mark and label locations on maps, charts or aerial photos, then save them in your personal "My Maps" list.   Later, when you return to the MapServer, you can go directly to the saved location.

To make a "My Map", start by selecting the MY MAPS Tutorial from the FUN TOOLS drop-down menu at the lower left of the MapServer window.  This will open a simple step-by-step "My Maps Wizard" that will guide you though the process of marking a location by placing an icon, naming it, linking it to another URL, and saving it to your MY MAPS list.

Click   previous and next    at the top of each page to step through the My Maps tutorial.  You can also click the <<<BACK and NEXT>>> buttons in the Wizard.
